A Craft Barbecue Experience We value the process of producing unforgettable smoked eats at Char'd. We trim our meats, create our rubs and smoke our product for 12-16 hours over charcoal and woodfire. Our sides and sauces are scratch made and our orders are prepared individually. We are not fast food bbq, and our food is worth the wait. There are no shortcuts to the best flavor. We get excited about creating new flavor profiles, so keep an eye out for our specials. We tend to sell out of menu items, so earlier in the day is always best. We are thrilled to do what we love everyday and serve you in the process.
